01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration on 209 pub, clicking any "I Agree" confirmation, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the platform after these Terms have been published, you form a legally binding agreement with 209 pub and agree to be bound by:

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

04 Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold a maximum of one (1) Account on 209 pub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 209 pub Account, you must provide:

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of 209 pub. 209 pub reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold pending withdrawals if it discovers that information on your Account is materially false, misleading, or outdated.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 209 pub will require identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport — along with any additional documents reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 209 pub Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received. You agree to:

• Not share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Not allow any other person to access your Account or play on your behalf;
• Not disclose OTP codes received for your Account to anyone — including persons claiming to represent 209 pub support;
• Notify 209 pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;

06 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

209 pub accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of deposit:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet — BSP regulated);
• Maya (PayMaya — Philippine e-wallet);
• QR Ph (InstaPay QR — BSP-regulated interoperable payment);
• Online banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks;
• USDT (Tether — TRC-20 network), with PHP conversion at current market rate.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for e-wallet and bank methods, and the equivalent of USD 10 for USDT deposits.
• All deposits are credited to your Wallet in PHP. USDT deposits are converted at the current market rate at the time of credit, which 209 pub will confirm before processing.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds for GCash and Maya, and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 209 pub does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 209 pub bears no responsibility.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit into your 209 pub Account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and subject to investigation.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal from your 209 pub Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to or concurrent with your first withdrawal request;
• The amount requested must not exceed your available Wallet balance;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your current balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active security investigations or compliance holds.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• USDT withdrawals are processed within 30–90 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

209 pub applies daily and weekly withdrawal limits which are communicated in the Account dashboard. 209 pub reserves the right to adjust these limits based on Account verification status, transaction history, and applicable compliance requirements.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

209 pub may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the 209 pub platform:

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods. These specific terms prevail over these general bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered in full before any portion of a bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus expiry period. Expired bonuses and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.

09 Game Play Rules

The following rules govern all game play on the 209 pub platform:

• All games on 209 pub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party laboratories for fairness. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by bet size, player history, Account status, or any other external factor.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 209 pub staff, support agents, or other platform Users in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 209 pub platform — including but not limited to the 209 pub brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 209 pub or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any 209 pub content without the express written permission of 209 pub. Unauthorized use of 209 pub intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal proceedings.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by 209 pub

209 pub reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Ongoing KYC verification or identity dispute;
• Pending investigation into a disputed transaction or game outcome;
• Compliance with a legal order or regulatory requirement.

13.2 Termination by 209 pub

209 pub may permanently terminate your Account following investigation that confirms a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited if the balance is reasonably attributable to the prohibited conduct that gave rise to termination.

13.3 Termination by User

You may close your 209 pub Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any available balance at the time of Account closure will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any compliance holds.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 209 pub provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service;

Nothing in these Terms limits 209 pub's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15 Dispute Resolution

15.1 Internal Disputes

If you have a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other platform matter, you must first submit a formal complaint to 209 pub support via the live chat channel. Please provide your Account details, the nature of the dispute, the specific transaction or game round in question (including date, time, and amount), and any relevant supporting information.

209 pub will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a final written decision within 7 business days of receiving all required information.

15.2 Chargeback Policy

You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, GCash, Maya, or any other payment provider without first exhausting the internal complaint process described in Section 15.1. Initiating a chargeback without following this process may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

16 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 209 pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3 before the effective date.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
